Whether you are a curious student looking to deepen your practice or a yoga teacher seeking continuing education hours, these offerings invite you to go deeper in your practice.
Immersions are offered on Thursday, September 18 and are standalone events. This means you are welcome to attend even if you are unable to attend the rest of the Festival.
Tickets for immersions are sold separately from Festival Day Passes and require advance registration. Just like Day Passes, immersions are non-refundable but are fully transferrable.
Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga Immersion

Explore the profound intersection of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yin Yoga through Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga, a method uniquely created by Pamela Grosam.
In this hands-on experience you will be guided through the 12 main acupuncture meridians and how they relate to Yin Yoga postures. Learn how to identify and stimulate key acupressure points that help calm the nervous system, release muscular tension, and support deeper energetic alignment. You’ll also practice locating meridians and acupoints with a partner helping to build confidence in applying this wisdom in both self-care and teaching.
In this immersion you will:
- Learn the locations of the 12 acupuncture meridians related to Yin Yoga
- Practice locating meridians on yourself and tuning into your Qi energy
- Use acupressure points to calm the nervous system & deepen release
- Pause in Yin poses while applying partner-based palpation techniques
- Receive an illustrated handout including meridian charts.
