2026 Ambassador Details

Thank you for your interest in being an Ambassador for River Valley Yoga Festival. Ambassadors are the heart and soul of our festival and an important part of our festival family.

What is an Ambassador?

Our Ambassadors are positive and enthusiastic people with a passion for yoga and wellness who help spread the joy of River Valley Yoga Festival far and wide.

Our Ambassadors represent River Valley Yoga Festival in community and help create an unforgettable experience for our presenters, vendors, and attendees.

Ambassador Requirements:

We are seeking dedicated, reliable, enthusiastic Ambassadors who meet the following criteria.

An Ambassador role is right for you if…

  • You are passionate about the festival’s mission and values.
  • You are active on social media or within your local wellness community.
  • You are available for at least 1 full day of the festival.
  • You are available to work 8-12 hours doing festival production tasks.
  • You can attend our MANDATORY Orientation meeting (not included in the 12 hours) on [date and time coming soon]
  • You are able to pay a $111 non-refundable deposit. This fee reserves your space on the team, provides you with volunteer swag, and covers our administration fees.

Priority Consideration
You will be moved to the top of our list if you meet the following criteria:

  • You have attended River Vally Yoga Festival in the past.
  • You have served as an Volunteer/Ambassador with us in the past.
  • You are available all 4 days of the festival.

Please note: Ambassadors are responsible for their housing, meals, and transportation.

Ambassador Responsibilities:

  • Share event details on social media.
  • Distribute flyers or digital materials within your community.
  • Share personal experiences from past events to inspire others.
  • Assist presenters, vendors, and attendees during the event either in classroom locations or at the Riverside Market.
  • Participate in Mandatory Orientation and with event setup and tear down as needed.

Other Things to Know:

  • Ambassadors will schedule their shifts for festival weekend using SignUp Genius.
  • Ambassador shifts are on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Ambassadors will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • You will be contacted for an interview upon review and approval of your application. 
  • Payment is due at time of approval.
  • Once Ambassador spots have been filled, you will be added to a waiting list.
