BE A VENDOR

Thank you for your interest in being a Vendor at River Valley Yoga Festival!

We believe that having vendors whose products align with the yoga lifestyle helps create a fun and exciting vibe at the Festival. That’s why we’re seeking a variety of vendors and a variety of goods. This year we will limit the Vendor Market to 8 select vendors with a limited number of vendors in each category. Vendors will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.

VENDOR DETAILS

RIVER VALLEY YOGA FESTIVAL

Vendor Hours: Saturday, 9am-6pm; Sunday, 9am-4pm

Number of Vendors: 8

Booth Space: 10′ x 10′ (tent and tables not provided)

Load In/Out: Wednesday (9/18), 2-6pm; Sunday (9/22), 4-6pm

Cost: $300

  • Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Your spot is not secured until you have been approved and payment, COI and ST19 have been received. 
  • Cancellation will result in a $75 cancellation fee. After 60-days no refund is available for any reason (including illness).

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW

  • Electricity may be available if needed. Please note your needs in the application.
  • Locked storage is available at night. Vendor is responsible for securing items.
  • Phone data may be necessary to process credit card transactions.
  • RVYF is outdoors and happens rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for weather conditions.
  • Cancellation will result in a $75 cancellation fee. After 60-days no refund is available for any reason (including illness).
  • Vendors are responsible for their own housing, transportation and meals.
