The Experience
Outstanding Location
Our Riverside Market is located along the beautiful, scenic St. Croix River in the heart of downtown Stillwater. Lowell Park will be home to our vendors and is just steps away from the historic lift bridge, Brown’s Creek Trail, our downtown plaza, boutiques, and restaurants. This prime spot ensures maximum visibility to the general public and our festival attendees.
Diverse Demographic
Downtown Stillwater is a destination, especially during the autumn season. Our Riverside Market is sure to attract our festival attendees, locals, and other engaged visitors who are seeking high quality products and services.
High Visibility
With our Riverside Market open to the public, vendors can tap into the substantial number of people who pass through the City of Stillwater each and every week, guaranteeing exposure and potential customers along the way.
Important Details
Market Dates: Sept. 11-13, 2026
Location: Lowell Park alongside the river in the heart of historic downtown Stillwater, Minnesota, outdoors and open to the public.
Hours: Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday, 9am-6pm, Sunday, 9am-4pm
Number of Vendors: 55-65 including 3-5 food trucks, 3-5 wellness practitioners
Vendor Pricing
- $375 for a 10×10 retail space
- $300 for a 10×10 wellness space (astrology, reiki, akashic records, massage, etc.)
- $425 for Food Trucks
- $700 for 10×20 vendor space
- $225 each, shared 10×10 space, max of 2 vendors per space
- $420 each, shared 10×20 space, max of 2 vendors per space

Market and SetUp Hours
Friday 9am – 6pm
Saturday 9am – 6pm
Sunday 9am – 4pm
Load In: Thursday Noon-6pm
Load Out: Sunday 4pm-6pm
Map & Location
Riverside Market is located in Lowell Park along the river in historic downtown Stillwater.
Security
Overnight security is provided Thursday, Friday & Saturday night.
Parking
There are no designated parking spaces for vendors. Parking can be difficult in downtown Stillwater. There is ramp, lot, and street parking available. Plan ahead and download the Passport mobile app and enter your vehicle and payment details. Parking rates are $1/hour.
Tents/Tables/Chairs
Vendors must be present in their booth during all open hours.
The vendor is required to provide their own tent, table, and chairs and secure all 4 corners of the tent with weights.
Tent walls are STRONGLY recommended to protect against wind/rain and for security at night.
Credit Cards
Internet may be spotty in downtown Stillwater. We suggest you have data on your phone for processing
Electricity
There are a limited number of spots with electricity and access is not guaranteed. Please specify if you need electricity on your application.
Weather
Please be prepared for all the weather – rain, heat, wind, and sun. No refunds will be issued due to weather.
Payment
Payment is due at time of approval. Your space is not guaranteed until your application is accepted and full payment is received.
Cancellation
Cancelling 60 days or more before the festival will result in a $90 cancellation fee. Within 60 days, fees are non-refundable.
